TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE for CALEB COMPONENTS LIMITED
All goods will be invoiced to the customer at price ruling at day of despatch.
Prices quoted are ex-works and all costs relating to carriage will be at the discretion of the company.
Every care is taken to provide our customers with high quality goods.
However if goods are proved to be manufactured defectively then the liability hereby excludes all liability whatsoever.
i) the direct loss arising from this contract, the goods or the use thereof save where such direct loss is caused by negligence of the company or its servants.
ii) For indirect or consequential loss arising from this contract, the goods or the use thereof in all circumstances whether or not caused by the negligence of the company or of its servants.
Without prejudice to the foregoing company's liability for any loss or damage shall not in any event exceed the contract price for the goods.
Goods proved to be defective will of course be replaced as soon as possible free of charge, but will not form the basis of any claim for any expenses incurred.
Any parts returned, other than a fault with the goods may incur a handling charge.
Parts sold to manufactured to specified standards:
we reserve the right to offer parts that may differ slightly to that stated within the designated standard.
Where this applies we have stated it within the adjoining catalogue notes concerning that product range or verbally, or upon a written quotation.
( If in doubt we may be able to supply samples prior to full or part shipment of goods)
The company do not accept liability for any defects in the design of the goods and no condition, warranty or representation whether express or implied by statute or otherwise is given that the design of the company's goods is or that the goods themselves are suitable for any purpose or otherwise.
Non-standard (specials) - Cancellation of these goods will not
be accepted once manufacture of tool has commenced or
raw material has been produced for the purpose of the purchaser's order.
Any time or date given by the company for despatch of goods ordered by the customer shall be considered an estimate only.
Whilst we will make every endeavour to fulfil our stated delivery time the company shall not be liable for any loss or damage sustained by the customer in consequence or any other delay in such despatch, delivery, commencement or completion howsoever caused.
Complaints: A customer shall inform the company in writing within 30 days of any complaints as to the quality of the goods. In default of notice of writing being given within the stated period, the customer shall be deemed to have accepted the said goods as being in conformity of the contract.
The title of the goods shall not pass to the purchaser until full payment has been made. In the case of non-payment Caleb Components Ltd shall be entitled to repossess the goods or the proceeds of sale in the hands of the purchaser or any liquidator or receiver.
We understand and will exercise our statuary right to claim interest and compensation for debt recovery costs under the late payment legislation if we are not paid according to the agreed credit terms shown on invoice.
Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy
We hope that you won't need to return an item to us, however, if you do, it is our aim to make this as simple as possible. By following the information below you can help us to help you when a product is not what you expected, or is faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected by this guidance.

Under our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee you can return unwanted goods. Returned items should be unused in a saleable condition, with their original packaging were possible and with all component parts. You should include a copy of your invoice and a stated reason for the return.
Certain items are excluded from the guarantee, these include goods that are non standard, high volume or specials manufactured to customer’s own requirements and are therefore not resalable.
To return an item you can either:
• Drop it off at Caleb Components Limited, Unit 18, Block 6, Grazebrook Industrial Park, Peartree Lane, Dudley, West Midlands, DY2 0XW.
• Send it back to above address via post or courier along with proof of amount for sending and will offer a full refund. Please Note! That refunds can only be given once goods have been returned and inspected.
We offer a full refund for goods supplied that are unsatisfactory in some way.

However if we have offered parts that do not meet the requirements of the order, we offer a full refund or replacement goods.
